This recipe was created to answer whether it is possible to make protein pancake break in a George Foreman grill. The answer is.. yes! Although it is probably better made in a waffle maker.
Ingredients
Half a 170g pot 2% Natural Greek yogurt
3 egg whites
1/4 cup vanilla whey (Whey 80 or Whey Protein 360 would be perfect here)
1/4 cup ground oats
1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup pea protein
1/4 cup almonds
Directions
1. Blend everything together in a food processor.
2. Grill your batter in a George Foreman grill – or waffle maker!
