Amazing
I have been using this Creatine only for 5 days now so I can't comment on changes to my muscle tone. I have decided not to load Creatine & just take 5G a day, but I will say that this supplement is incredible. I dry scoop this in my mouth. 2.5G Before & 2.5G after my training. It tastes & smells of absolutely nothing which is perfect & it also dissolves very quickly. I also take this with TPW BCAA & I am only slightly sore the next morning & I can go an extra 5KG heavier in my weight training & push out more repetitions. I would absolutely recommend this to all who is thinking of adding Creatine to their training supplements.

I have been using this creatine for a few months now and feel that it is of very high quality and has been working well to allow for me to increase lean muscle mass and strength during my bulking phase, i find that this is high quality due to it not causing any undesirable water retention, stomach upset or headaches which i have suffered from when using some other substandard versions of creatine in the past, this also mixes well with water and is easy to consume in the unflavoured version which is virtually tasteless, the unflavoured also mixes well with a range of protein shakes and smoothies to allow for my 5 gram daily target to be met which is the most effective dose from my personal experience to provide the maximum increase in strength levels in as little as one week of regular daily consumption. We recommend taking 5g of Creatine Monohydrate (2 scoops of the 5cc medium BLACK scoop provided) 1-2 times daily.

It has been suggested that the optimal way to take Creatine Monohydrate is through a "loading phase" followed by a "maintenance phase ". Although there are arguments for an against this approach, we have included guidance should you wish to follow this method.

LOADING PHASE:

Consume 3 x 5g servings on days 1-5

Consume 2 x 5g servings on days 6-10
