Most days I will have Kickin’ Korean Noodles or the Thai Curry Sensation which are both perfect. I feel great, I’m sleeping better and I’ve lost weight. What more can you ask for!

  1. Very useful but vary in palatability

So far I have tried three of the SuperMeal flavours - Bangin Burrito, Garlic n Mushroom Mac and Kickin' Korean Noodle. I've also just purchased the Chikn Noodle but I've not tried it yet. Firstly, these are all bearable if you are dedicated to your goals. They are especially useful if you are trying to lose weight whilst maintaining a workout regime, especially paired with the diet meal replacement. Using both of these products allowed me to keep my protein intake and energy levels up whilst losing weight rapidly. I no longer need them for weight loss, but keep a supply to hand for weeks where I feel I need to cut calories after an extended muscle building phase. However, delicious absolutely is not the word to describe these meals! Here is an honest rundown of the different flavours Bangin Burrito - Surprisingly spicy, I wouldn't recommend this one if you can't tolerate a moderate-high amount of heat. The flavour itself is very good - there's a hint of lime and the profile of the spice mix used is accurate (tastes pretty mexican...). The texture is the worst part as it is a bit "pappy". Without the texture of pasta to add bite and variety it easily becomes stodgy and you can't really add more water to it like you can with the others to make it more stew/soup like. I found myself quite relieved to be at the last mouthful every time I ate it. I'd give this one 3/5. Garlic Mac n Cheese - Definitely the best I've tried. The flavour is simple but spot on. I did find the creaminess becomes a bit sickly by the end of each meal, but this was a minor complaint. You can easily mix this one drier or wetter to get a meal that is like a bowl of pasta or a thick soup depending on what you prefer. The macaroni has the best texture of the carb elements for me (as opposed to the noodles or couscous) but does require longer to cook. I would give it a couple of minutes in the microwave, then let it sit for upto 5, stir, then give it another minute or so in the microwave. This one goes very well with a bit of fake chicken on top for extra protein. This one gets a solid 4.5/5. Kickin' Korean Noodle - As with the Bangin' Burrito, this one is quite spicy, and somehow the spiciness does not fit the flavour. I could not tell you what the flavour is, but it is unpleasant. I found this one sickly with a strange aroma. The texture of the noodles is better than nothing, but the noodles are very small - bigger strands would add more bite or chewiness which would help to wind it back. It doesn't really go very well with anything you might add to make it more palatable but you can make it a bit wetter without it becoming too weird. I started to dread eating this one but they're too expensive to chuck in the bin. I did manage to finish the box but it was a relief when I did - this one gets a generous 2/5. I want to reiterate that whilst not delicious, they are exceptionally useful and totally bearable used as a short term aid to weight loss and training. I will update if/when I try more flavours.
  2. Taste so good

Not a massive meal replacement drinker so i love things like this. Best ones out there in my opinion
  3. VEGAN!

How are these vegan? They taste so good and can never find nice vegan meals like this
  4. Tikka Masala is very good

Had this a couple of times and its a great product. Such quick delivery too!
  5. New favourite meal

Ive had this for lunch everyday and I will continue to! Cant believe how nice this is. I have 3 scoops and always leaves me feeling full
