Within The Locker Room there’s plenty of different types of protein bread and this one is really good! To make this you need seven ingredients, whisked together, and baked. Check the recipe out down below!
Ingredients:
119g liquid egg whites
23g pea protein
6g superveg
60g total Greek Yogurt
26g quinoa flakes
10g gojis
3g psyllium husks
Baking powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake.
Macros per Serving (out of 1):
344kcals
4g fat (0.3g saturated)
36g carbs (6g sugars/8.2g fibre)
42g protein
You can use this with some eggs fried in good old coconut oil!

Is there anything you would recommend for substituting the superveg and psyllium husks?
well, psyllium you kind of need to sub the flour, superveg hmmm there are usually green powders out there, no? you could always just dicth it and use oats? but im not too sure itd be the same same?
Made this bread OMG best bread ever!! loved it great for sandwiches great for breakfast, texture was perfect. I think adding yogurt really helps when making GF breads. Thank you for this recipe, I will be making this regularly!
