These delicious Peanut Butter Fudge Protein Bars are tribute to healthy indulgence and chocolate. And protein. And peanut butter! And they feature just four ingredients, bound together with a bit of freshly-brewed espresso (because who can say no to dark chocolate and coffee, right?) Here goes:
Ingredients
6g whey protein (Whey 360 or Whey Protein 80 are perfect for this, either vanilla or chocolate!)
8g coconut flour
8g oats
10g agave syrup (or maple)
16g peanut butter
Cocoa to taste (depends on how chocolatey you like them!)
Tiny bit of coffee, just enough to bind the mixture above together
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl using your hands.
2. Bind into a dough.
3. Shape into rectangles – or bars.
4. Done!
