Salted Caramel Protein Truffles

Ingredients Needed:

Method:

  • Put all the protein ball ingredients into a blender and blitz until it forms a dough.
  • Form and roll the dough into little balls. You can get up to 25 little balls from this mix.
  • Once rolled place into the fridge whilst you melt the drizzle ingredients (chocolate and coconut oil). You can do this by melting them together in the microwave or place in a bowl over some simmering water.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, drizzle over your balls, sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.

  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Sea salt
