The Ultimate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Protein Works presents The Ultimate Peanut Butter Protein Bars! These bars are really easy to make, quick to make, and you’ll love them if you love peanut butter. 


1/3 cup defatted peanut flour
1/3 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 cup of cartoned coconut or almond milk
1/3 cup of ground almonds
2 tbsp coconut flour
3-4 squares of dark chocolate 


1. In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients except for the dark chocolate until you get a dough that you can shape with your hands. If it’s too wet or sticky, add a bit more coconut flour.

2. Shape the dough into rectangles, banging them against a flat surface to give them

3. Melt your dark chocolate in a bain marie and, once melted, dunk your bars into the dark chocolate. Then, put them back on either a silicone tray, some tin foil, or parchment paper (this is so you can lift them off their surface without having the chocolate stick all over the place and leave your bars El Nudo).
