Spicy Spice Coconut Protein Cookies

These coconut protein cookies ingredients require a few simple ingredients to make and, dare I say, they are delicious! Ingredients go something like this:

Ingredients:

7g coconut oil
53g coconut flour
25g brown rice protein
25g whey protein
40g medjools
2 eggs
125g egg white
2g wheat bran (or ground gluten-free oats)
6g chia seeds
cinnamon
cardamon
chilli powder
vanilla essence
cloves

Directions

Simply mix all ingredients together until you get a dough, break this down into cookie 15-17 shapes and bake at 160 C for about 25-35 minutes.
