Then you throw in the coconut plus the spices and the salmon with the added leak!
80g liquid egg whites
10g pea protein
paprika, ground coriander, turmeric, cumin, bit of salt
10g desiccated coconut
1. Mix the ingredients. Cook like a pancake.
2. When ready, wrap up the salmon inside the pancake, layering it with some homemade mayo, a couple of skins from the leeks, and coriander leaf!
