Ingredients:

Serves 2 People

Carbohydrates: 56g Per Serving           Proteins:   13g Per Serving          Fats:  12g Per Serving          Calories: 368

 

Optional topping suggestions:

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together and fry of slices of bread in coconut oil
  2. Top the french bread with bananas, blueberries, dark chocolate shavings and anything else you like!
  3. Enjoy!
