Ingredients:
Serves 2 People
Carbohydrates: 56g Per Serving Proteins: 13g Per Serving Fats: 12g Per Serving Calories: 368
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread (minus crust)
- 1 egg
- 1.5 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 scoop protein vanilla protein whey – Protein Works
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- Coconut oil for frying
Optional topping suggestions:
- Zero syrups
- Superfood Bites
- Cacao Nibs
- Nut Butters
- Coconut Chips
Instructions:
- Mix all the above ingredients together and fry of slices of bread in coconut oil
- Top the french bread with bananas, blueberries, dark chocolate shavings and anything else you like!
- Enjoy!
