Protein Pancakes. They never get old. We’re just trying to show the breadth of possibilities available for making them! Here, for example, instead of purely whites we used whole eggs. Also threw in a few oats for ‘good measure’ and ground Almendras.
2 whole eggs
45g vanilla whey
20g ground almonds
60ml coconut milk
Blend everything together and fry up in a pan with coconut oil.
Macros per Serving (out of 13):
3g carbs (1.4g sugars/0.5g fibre)
The mixture above yielded 13 mini pancakes.
