This is seriously, one of the best protein fluffs ever. A flavour sensation! And the texture! Crunchy, velvety, cold and smooth!
1 large frozen banana
1/4 cup whey
1/8 cup milk
1. Blend a single large frozen sliced banana with a heaping scoop of whey and milk (any milk works – cow’s, rice, almond, etc).
2. After blending it all, whisk it (electrically) for a minute.
3. Top it with walnuts. And coconut! The result is amazing!
Macros per bowl (sans toppings as these are optional): 195kcals, 23g protein, 23g carbs, 2g fat!
