If you haven’t made protein fluff before, this is a reminder for you to try it. Is it one of the tastiest – and most filling – things you can made using protein powder. The recipe is really simple too!
1 large frozen banana
1/4 cup whey protein (or casein – please note, you can’t use a vegan protein)
1/8 cup milk
1. Blend a single large frozen sliced banana with a heaping scoop of whey and milk (any milk works – cow’s, rice, almond, etc).
2. After blending it all, whisk it (electrically) for a minute.
3. Top it with walnuts. And coconut! The result is amazing!
