44g oats
Whole milk
2 scoops vanilla whey protein blend
Vanilla essence


1. Mix all ingredients together and fry in pan with some coconut oil.

2. Top with honey and banana slices (optional).

    • Ahhh I do t remember in precise detail but enough milk to make the batter thick, like 1/4 cup or so? You want it thick but not watery, like pancake batter
