Ingredients:
162g egg whites
44g oats
Whole milk
2 scoops vanilla whey protein blend
Vanilla essence
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and fry in pan with some coconut oil.
2. Top with honey and banana slices (optional).

How much whole milk did you put on this recipe? (vanilla & oat protein pancake)
Ahhh I do t remember in precise detail but enough milk to make the batter thick, like 1/4 cup or so? You want it thick but not watery, like pancake batter

Do you remember how much vanilla essence / vanilla extract you put in these?
I always add about 1/2 a tbsp? but it really does depend on how vanillay you like them 🙂
