Protein Pancakes (Gluten-Free)

These delicious protein pancakes are perfect post-workout, for breakfast, or when you most crave an amazing stack of protein pancakes. Consider topping them with Zero Syrup, peanut butter, or protein spread for the ultimate protein pancake experience!


1 banana
4 egg whites
1/8 cup ground gluten-free oats (aka oat flour)
1/8 cup Whey Protein Powder (e.g. Whey Protein 360 or Upgrade Multi-Protein are perfect for this)
1 big tbsp of coconut flour
Handful of berries (optional)


1. Blend everything except for the berries.
2. Add berries to your batter after blending.
3. Panfry on a non-stick pan with a bit of coconut oil or non-calorie cooking spray added to it.
4. Top with Zero Syrup, peanut butterprotein spread or fresh fruit.

Macros for all the pancakes (without berries as these are optional)

268.7kcals, 25.3g protein, 38.9g carbs (out of which 8.1g is fibre!) and 2.4g of fat.
