This protein bread is made using pea protein and powdered vegetables. If you don’t have powdered veggies, don’t worry – simply substitute this ingredient with ground oats (gluten-free or regular).
Ingredients 21g
pea protein (unflavoured) 14g powdered vegetables (or ground oats)
151g egg whites
18g chickpea flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions 1. Blend all ingredients together and bake in a small silicone cake or muffin pan.
2. Bake at 170 C for about 20 minutes or until, when poked with a knife, your knife comes out clean.
Macros per loaf 265kcals, 37g protein, 3g fat, 5.4 g fibre
