42g 85% chocolate bar (a bit less than half)
35g chocolate casein protein powder
That. IS. IT.
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie..
2. Get some truffle cups out and pour the melted chocolate on the bottom.
3. Put them in the freezer for ~10 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Meanwhile, thicken up your casein (use water to bring it to life but one could use milk instead) and add whatever you like for an extra kick (orange peel).
4. Take out the hardened chocolate out of the freezer and place the protein on top of the chocolate. Flatten it out and cover with more melted chocolate. Stick the whole lot in the freeze again until they’re hard and ready to eat.
The above quantities yielded 5 casein chocolate cups!

Anna, these were great! Loved the orange kick with the zest. I used a mini muffin pan, since I didn’t have any paper cups. Had a little difficulty getting them out of the pan, but sharp knife around the edges took care of it. They look like little Reeces Cups, the peanut butter surrounded by chocolate candy. I might add peanut butter to the casein next time.
These are seriously amazing!! I added a bit of splenda and a tablespoon of organic peanutbutter, gonna make these for christmas<3
