This is perfect if you’re not the type to get anal with your macros but want a straight forward way to ensure you get a sustained release of protein.
I’ve struggled to pack on muscle mass since my more virile teenage days, but This has been a revelation for me. To cut to the point there’s no way I’m having six cans of tuna or eggs a day! This is a solid compromise and 1 scoop in the morn with breakfast and 1 with lunch does me fine.
