Choc Peanut Protein Pancakes Recipe

WHAT YOU NEED: 

40g @theproteinworks natural pancake mix,  20g @theproteinworks choc peanut cookie dough whey, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 120ml @alpro unsweetened almond milk.

WHAT TO DO:

mix your dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the almond milk before pouring it into your dry mix. Combine well. Cook in a frying pan over a medium heat then stack high. .

I topped mine with @pipandnut PB, @skinnyfoodco chocolate clusters, half a banana and some frozen blueberries. .

Macros (minus toppings): 309 calories. 9C/47P/9F
