They may look more or less normal and possibly boring; but normal and boring they ain’t.
Ingredients:
33g ground almonds
60g liquid egg whites
1 whole egg
8g wheat bran
30g quinoa flakes
23g peanut butter
1 whole banana
1/2 scoop whey
20g hazelnuts
baking soda
vanilla essence
lots of cinnamon 😀
Directions:
1. Mix all your ingredients
2. Bake for 15 minutes or so later and tadaa, out come 10 cookies.

Although later I thought “really? chocolate?” (because the banana/hazelnut is more than enough and the cookies are by no means dry) I went ahead and topped them with some chocolate quinoa spread I made earlier.
The combination was great though, like I said, they are also good solo! Out of all the nuts, I would say Hazelnut is my least favorite BUT with banana, oh well, well, well! That’s another thing altogether 😉
