Serving Size: One heaped grey scoop (30g)

Add 1 heaped grey scoop (30g) of powder to 200ml of chilled water or your milk of choice. Shake well – for 10 seconds – and drink immediately.

TIP: If you want a less thick shake, then simply add more liquid. There is no right or wrong texture with Upgrade, it's 100% down to your own personal taste. So, if you don't get your desired thickness first time around, adjust accordingly next time.
