Our Review Policy

At The Protein Works, our customers are at the heart of everything we do — and that includes the reviews we share on our site. We want every review to be genuinely useful, helping you find the right product for your goals.
 

Here's how our review process works:
 

• We publish verified reviews. All reviews on our site are left by verified customers who are logged in and active members of our community. This means every review comes from someone who genuinely cares about the products and sharing their experience - giving you the most reliable, relevant feedback to help you make the right choice.
   
• We moderate for quality, not opinion. Every review is read by our team before it goes live. We don't publish reviews that contain profanity, offensive language, or content that isn't relevant or is misleading of the product — but we never filter reviews based on star rating or because someone didn't love a product. Honest feedback, positive or not, is welcome here as we’re obsessed with improving our products, therefore feedback is golden to us.
   
• We publish on a rolling basis. Our review process is manual, which means it takes a little time. We aim to publish reviews within 3 months of receiving them, and we're always working to keep that moving as quickly as we can.
   
• We keep things current. We're proud of the fact that we're constantly improving our recipes and formulations. Where a product has been updated, we'll prioritise showing you the most recent reviews — so what you're reading reflects the product as it is today.
   
• You can also find independent reviews on Trustpilot and Google. We believe in transparency, and if you'd like to see reviews from a third-party platform, you can find them at Trust Pilot and on Google Reviews.
   
• We'll always be transparent. If you've left a review and have a question about why it hasn't appeared, you can reach us at helpdesk@proteinworks.com. We're happy to help.
   
• We may use your reviews in our marketing. From time to time, we may feature your review in our marketing materials — on our website, in emails, or in advertising. Your personal details will never be revealed.
