Directions:
1. Blend bagel ingredients together and bake in a silicone donut tray for about 20 minutes at 180 C (356 F).
2. Let them cool, slice them in half, sigh at their cuteness (optional) and go crazy with eating them!

Is that seriously only 15 calories per mini bagel?! You could end up eating the whole darn tray!!
I don’t even like real bagels (too dense for me, plus no gluten on my diet either) but I love these!! I need to get myself a mini doughnut pan, these are so cute and I love the idea of savory protein treats.
One question though: I cannot eat buckwheat, so do you think adding more oat flour would work in place of the buckwheat flour? Or would you use some other type of flour?
I am seriously going to hunt a mini doughnut pan this weekend, I want to make these mini bagels!
By the way, I have a question/suggestion for you. I absolutely LOVE your blog, LOVE your recipes, LOVE your ideas! Seriously, you need to come up with a cookbook full of goodies made out of protein powder, because you are so talented! I would be the first one to pre-order your cookbook.
My question/suggestion/idea then is: have you ever come up with some kind of protein cracker?? I sometimes want protein but want something savory, and when it is the middle of afternoon I sometimes just want a snack.
I love your recipes and have tried a few, there is a protein bread on your blog that I really enjoy. But I was wondering about crackers, you know something with a crunch pow!! 🙂
