Ingredients:
Serves 4 People
Carbohydrates: 15g Per Serving Proteins: 35g Per Serving Fats: 8g Per Serving Calories: 150
30g Ground almonds
1 scoop natural Protein Pancake Mix
1 scoop oats
2 eggs
For the filling:
This mixture goes with more or less anything, we love to fill ours with salmon and cream cheese or even chicken and mushrooms!
How to Make:
Blend all in gredients until smooth and then fry like you would a normal pancake.
