This Butternut and Feta Cheese Protein Pizza is really tasty and fun to make. It contains butternut squash which packs in a solid punch of nutritious goodness. It’s rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B6, folate, fiber, etc!
Ingredients:
1 whole egg
1/2 cup cooked butternut squash
1/8 cup gluten-free oats
1 tablespoon unflavored Pea Protein 80 (unflavoured)
1 teaspoon organic acai powder
1/4 cup of cooked butternut squash
1/8 cup of crumbled feta
Directions:
1. Blend together the ingredients.
2. Pan fry on a nonstick pan until you get a thick and dry-ish sort of pancake.
3. Top with cooked butternut squash and feta!
