If you’re looking for a high protein dessert, something to curb those evening cravings after dinner (or tea, depending where you’re from… but let’s not get into that here) or even a delicious snack after a long run or tough workout, you’ve found it. Look no further than this DELICIOUS Protein Dark Chocolate Mousse Pudding!
It’s one of those recipes that even sounds appetising, doesn’t it?

1 pot 0% Total Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon coconut flour
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 scoop casein (vanilla)
1. Mix all ingredients together (with a spoon).
2. Melt a little (16g) dark chocolate.
3. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate on top of the mix.
