Warning: This recipe contains fish oils. Orange flavoured fish oils too! They’re heavenly with banana-type food!!!
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/8 cup pea protein pow (try also with vanilla casein!)
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 medjool date
1/2 tablespoon orange fish oils
3 brazil nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and pan fry it on a non-stick
