We collaborated with Chef Paul Coonan, with over 30 years of culinary experience, to create a three course gourmet tasting menu using Protein Works’ products to become the first nutrition brand to receive a ‘Michael Lin’ star!
Over two exclusive days, we delivered a fine dining event for consumers to experience the World’s First Nutritionally Complete Menu for themselves, bringing together gourmet quality and showing just how good healthy can taste.
“Our goal is to showcase how nutrition can be both delicious and beneficial,” explains Kyle Crowley, a nutritionist here at Protein Works. “The Michael Lin Menu Tasting Event is a celebration of our endorsement and partnership with Chef Paul, highlighting our commitment to culinary excellence and innovative nutrition. We want to demonstrate that healthy eating doesn’t have to sacrifice flavour.”
