This recipe for Inverted Quinoa Porridge Protein Cubes is unusual but trust us when we say it is delicious. Of course, if you don’t want to make protein cubes (which are basically small square pieces of protein bread), don’t worry. Simply make a delicious chocolate quinoa protein bread loaf!
1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
3/4 cup liquid egg whites
3 tablespoons chocolate vegan protein powder
1 small cooked beetroot
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
Directions
1. Blend together and bake in a small silicone bread pan at 170 C (338 F) for ~ 25 minutes or until your knife comes out clean.
2. When done, cut each mini loaf into cubes or keep it whole.
