Chocolate Vegan Protein Pancake with Banana Protein Fluff

Ingredients for Pancake:

133g egg white
23g vegan protein powder
2g cocoa
55g grated zucchini

Ingredients for the Fluff:

78g frozen naner
23g unsweetened whey

It turned really tasty and mmm I love the texture of the fluff on cakey things! 

Macros per Serving (out of 1):

48g prot
25g carbo (out of which 
7g fiber)
4.5g fat

The only issue I had with this is that, if you don’t scarf it down, the fluff begins to defluff because of the heat from the pancake. 

 The pancake itself was good but I still think it needs more work (i.e. more ingredients) to make it more pancakey and so on. Its stats
