This is a really simple recipe using goat whey protein. If you don’t have or like the idea of goat whey, of course, you can make it with regular whey protein powder. I recommend a blend with Whey Protein 360 or Upgrade Multi-Protein for a creamy and delicious ice cream experience. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
36 grams coconut or almond milk
13 grams pea protein
53 grams unflavoured or vanilla whey (e.g. Whey Protein 360 or Upgrade Multi-Protein would be ideal)
1 large ripe banana
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon vanilla pods
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring powder
38 grams low-fat cottage cheese
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Place in tupperware or bowl and place in freezer.
3. Take out every hour – for three to five hours or until it’s set – to stir (and lick the spoon).
