This Whey Protein Panna Cotta is a very easy to make. It is really easy and a tasty high-protein pudding to enjoy after dinner or when you want a sweet protein-packed snack that is sweet, delicious and relatively low in both calories and sugar.
Ingredients:
2.5 cups raspberries
2 scoops vanilla whey (you can use Whey 80, Whey 360, or Whey 360 Extreme)
1 banana
1 pack unflavoured gelatine (11 grams)
1 glass of hot water (to dissolve the gelatine)
Directions:
1. Blend the berries + banana in a bowl and, in a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatine with the hot water.
2. Whisk the gelatine with the fruit et al and stick it all in the fridge!

121kcals
13.7g protein
15.5g carbohydrates (7.5g sugars/5.2g fiber)
1.3g fat
This is really delicious, really, totally custardy, and works perfect as a preworkout snack!

what can i replace the protein whey in this recipe ? can i omit it ?
You could replace it but if you omit it I’d be just milk and gelatine? Not a lot of flavor…
