This simple four ingredient pumpkin protein soufflé is quick to make and absolutely delicious!
All you need is powdered egg whites, pumpkin, vanilla Whey Protein 80 and a splash of hemp milk and you’re ready to go!
Ingredients:
28 grams powdered egg whites
100 grams pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla Whey Protein 80
Splash of hemp milk
Directions:
1. Beat 28 grams of powdered eggs in a bowl
2. When they are fully meringued and massive, in a different bowl, blend in 100g pumpkin with your scoop of Whey Protein 80 and some hemp milk.
3. Then, proceed to blend the pumpkin and whey into the egg whites without spilling all the egg whites out of the bowl.
4. Fill a bread baking tin (or use ramekins for the full soufflé effect) with the mixture and proceed to eat the rest out of the bowl.
5. Bake until golden brown
Result? A massive protein pumpkin soufflé!

hi…i am soooo excited about your blog. i can’t wait to try some of your goodies. i always try to throw protein powder into things. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, BUT now i’ll have some actual recipes to try out.
