This is a recipe for protein bread which can be used for an ‘egg in a hole’ recipe by simply making a hole in the middle of the bread and adding an egg before frying and serving. The end product is very high in protein and low in carbs.
123 grams liquid egg whites
14 grams pea protein
4.5 grams coconut flour
13 grams hulled hemp seeds
Salt to taste
1. Mixed and fried it up on coconut oil.
2. Cut a hole in it by pressing down a bottle cap and threw it back onto the hot pan before adding the egg in the middle, flipping it and voila.
3. Top the whole thing with coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper!
