Here’s the recipe for Banana Protein Fluff in a Crunchy Vanilla Protein Basket..
1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein
1 tablespoon pea protein (or coconut flour, or ground oats)
1 tablespoon wheat bran
1 tablespoon buckwheat
Make a pancake and when ready, turn it upside down on a ramekin and grill it for 10 minutes.
It should form a crunchy basket which you should let it cool before whipping up some fluff by blending and then whisking
1 frozen sliced banana
1/4 cup whey
1/2 tablespoon egg white powder
1/4 cup whole milk
