This is the only protein blondie recipe you’ll ever need!
Each delicious square contains 130 calories and over 15g protein – making them the perfect snack to enjoy when you’ve just finished the gym or simply fancy a high protein, guilt-free snack!
Let’s cut to the chase:
Ingredients:
1 medium cooked sweet potato
1 medium sized ripe banana
1/2 cup pea protein powder
4 egg whites
1/2 tablespoon chicory powder (this is optional but it adds a nice malty flavour)
2 tablespoons rolled oats
Grated orange
1 tablespoon golden linseed
Cinnamon
Baking powder
Dash of Zero Syrups
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and bake for 40 minutes at a medium-to-high oven (170 Celsius or so).
2. Let it cool and slice into four.

I dont have pea protein – what should I use instead ?

If you don’t have pea protein you can use rice protein or maybe a mix of micellar casein and whey concentrate??? or a mix of whey and egg albumen powder (the protein stuff not the baking one).
