Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites
1 cup cooked (and squeezed) spinach
1/8 cup cocoa
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup chocolate vegan protein powder
1/4 cup latte flavoured whey
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients together.
2. Bake for 35 minutes at 160 Celsius for 10 muffins.
