Here’s a Peanut Butter Brownie recipe which is also vegan!
If you’ve ever had a plant-based brownie before, you might have been left disappointed about the lack of indulgence, deliciousness and overall brownie-ness you experienced.
That’s because you’ve never had a vegan protein brownie LIKE THIS!

Ingredients
1/2 cup (40 grams) Pea Protein Powder
1 can (250 grams) chickpeas (drained)
1 cup (232 grams) almond milk
1/2 cup (116 grams) peanut butter
3/4 cup (40 grams) cocoa powder
1/8 cup (21 grams) coconut oil
3/8 cup (65 grams) ground almonds
1/4 cup (48 grams) coconut sugar
Sweetener of choice
Directions
1. Set your oven to 160 C (320F)
2. Using a handheld blender (or a standing blender), blend all ingredients together
3. Bake in a medium sized brownie pan for around an hour or until when poked with a fork, the fork comes out clean
4. Leave to cool overnight in the fridge
