Let’s get into it:
25 grams quinoa flakes
5 grams psyllium husks
8 grams 100% cocoa
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
1. Boil 20g of quinoa flakes in vanilla tea ( it gives it a nice Vanilla smoky undertone).
2. In a bowl, then combine 5g of psyllium husks, 8g of 100% cocoa, and 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein. When the quinoa is cooked, simply add them to the dry mixture and mix it until it looks like pudding.
3. Top with cinnamon (because why wouldn’t you?).
The result? A DELICIOUS chocolaty bowl of protein goodness.
