While this Protein Pita Bread is made on a non-stick pan, as you can see, instead of being like a pancake, it really does come out as a pita.
Ingredients:
15g coconut flour
156g egg whites
4g wheat bran
15g Pea Protein
Salt
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients, fry it up like a pancake, flip it, cut it, use it like bread, with either one or two slices.
2. Use it to scoop up hummus or however you’d use a regular pita!
