60g Quinoa
60g Choc Peanut Cookie Soy Protein
100ml water
150ml Almond milk
10g Peanut Butter
2.5 ounces Strawberries
Topped with cinnamon
1. In a medium saucepan mix together the quinoa, milk, water, and protein powder
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a low setting. When the quinoa has absorbed the milk and is the consistency of porridge, cover and simmer gently for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. (You can remove the lid and simmer for a few more minutes if you prefer a thicker consistency.)
3. Top with peanut butter, cinnamon and strawberries to your liking
