The perfect pre/post or anytime breakfast ever! I’ve create a lot of my own recipes using TPW products but this has to be my favourite yet. Full of high quality carbs, protein, fats & low in sugar which is why this would be the perfect start to anyone’s day. What more do you want?! And more importantly, it was so tasty! 😉
- 60g Quinoa
- 60g TPW Choc peanut cookie Soy Protein Isolate
- 150ml Almond milk
- 10g TPW Smooth Peanut butter
- 2.5 ounces Strawberries
- Topped with cinnamon
*You can change up the amounts in order to suit your goals*
To some people, using Quinoa instead of oats is quite odd and turn their noses at it but trust me, I have used quinoa as an alternative for a while and mixed with your favourite protein powder/toppings etc, you won’t be disappointed. Don’t knock it until you try it, be creative!
