A Protein Mocha Frappe

Chocolate, coffee and protein? You already know this recipe is going to be a winner! 

We all love a frappe, but it’s safe to say we’d love it a whole lot more with a protein boost?

Ratios are important here, so we’d suggest going for 2 teaspoons of instant coffee to 3-4 tablespoons of water!

The full (and super easy) recipe:

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons instant coffee
2-4 tablespoons water
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

Directions:

1. Mix the coffee and water together

2. If you want to add sugar here, add sugar, and then SHAKE!

3. Pour into a glass and stir in whatever liquid you’re using (protein + water or protein + milk).

4. Enjoy!

    I got so excited you made a youtube video! imagine my dissapointment once i clicked to watch it 😛

    I just made a fake whipped cream post and I think I’ll try to combine those 2 together, maybe use less gums though so it won’t be too stiff
