Veggie Protein Burger with a Protein Bun

Yup, all protein. Well, protein and veg. Easiest thing ever to make these burgers. Fry up your veg of choice


150g mushrooms
240g artichoke hearts
Tomato puree
Liquid egg whites
Pea protein powder
6g coconut flour
Baking powder


1. Fry the onions, garlic, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts with some tomato puree.

2. Blend the results of step 1 with 100g liquid egg whites and 24g pea protein powder.

3. Fry that up again.

4. Combine 82g liquid egg whites with 11g pea protein powder, 6g coconut flour, and baking powder and fry that up too.

Macros per Serving (out of 1):

3.5g fat
30g carbs (11g fiber)
56g protein

I love it! I first tried to double decker it since the above mixture yielded lots of burgers but then decided nah, single decker. Halfway through eating it I realized I’d forgotten the ketchup! So, in it went 🙂 Yum yum!!! (With avocado in there too, they’re delish!)
