This recipe right here, well… it’s an example of why playing with your food should be encouraged. This starts with a bunch of protein brownies, and then turns into a masterpiece of protein brownie casein filled towers! This is how you do it..
Ingredients
1/8 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup cooked adzuki beans (could use cooked black beans instead, no problem)
1/4 cup pea protein
1/8 cup chocolate hemp protein
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 cup vegan protein powder
ON chocolate casein
Water
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients and bake for about 35 minutes at 150 Celsius.
2. Slice brownies into rectangular building blocks and build a tower by layering them with casein and water.
3. Then, bulldoze the tower with your fork and individually transform each floor into a sandwich.

This looks yummy! I don’t have chocolate casein, only whey. Do you think I could use that and yield the same results?
Thanks!
My hemp protein powder is plain flavor. What should I add to make these as delicious as yours look….
Do I add more cocoa with some Stevia. I am not sure but I have a whole tub to use up in all your recipes….
I love this site by the way.
Hiiii sorry it took me a while to write back!
Jennifer – try whey but I don’t know if it will work as well to be honest since whey tends to leave things kind of rubbery and dry… maybe try whey and add a cooked sweet potato in there to offset the overwheyness? but i’m not too sure it’ll be the same same :-/
Marla – thanks for liking the site :-))) as for the choco hemp, just add cocoa to the hemp and stevia. My chocolate hemp protein is just that, well, it’s cocoa, hemp protein, and sucralose 🙂
