Dark Chocolate Protein Truffles

If you like chocolate, truffles, and protein, you’re going to love this recipe! You can bake the truffles too – to end up with cookie-like truffles, or you can eat them raw! Whatever you prefer.


1/2 cup chocolate whey protein
3/4 cup ground oats (gluten-free or regular)
1 cup dairy-free milk 
1/2 cup ground almonds
2 tablespoons casein
3 tablespoons cocoa powder


1. Mix together ingredients for truffles until you get a thick dough. If your dough is too liquid or sticky, add a bit more ground oats. If it’s too dense, add a bit more milk. 

2. Coat in cocoa powder!
