Single-Serving Crustless Mini Pumpkin Protein Pie Recipe

This recipe is bound to become one of your favourites. It is sweet, it is delicious, and it is packed full of nutritious ingredients like pumpkin, egg whites, and protein! You have to try this delicious healthy dessert. 


½ can pumpkin puree
¾ cup liquid egg whites
¼ cup vanilla (or unflavoured) whey protein powder – either Whey Protein 80 or Whey Protein 360
1-3 teaspoon sweetener of choice (up to how sweet you like your pie!)
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice 


1. Bake at 170 C (338 F) for 35-40 minutes inside silicone muffin cases or until, when poked with a knife, the knife comes out clean.

2. Let them cool completely before unmoulding them and…that’s it! They’re ready to devour.
