Protein Works presents a rich DarkChocolate Raspberry Protein Piecake to satisfy your cravings! What’s a piecake? It’s a cross between a pie and a cake, of course. Check this out:
Ingredients
2 cups liquid egg whites
1 cup buckwheat flakes (could use millet flakes, oat flakes, or ground almonds instead though)
1/2 cup chocolate vegan protein (chocolate
Vegan Wondershake would be perfect here, as would
Vegan Protein)
3 medjool dates, pitted
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
1. Blended all the above ingredients together.
2. Bake at 160 C (320 F) for ~ 40 minutes
3. Enjoy with added raspberry jam on top!
