Ingredients:
2 cups liquid egg whites
1 cup buckwheat flakes (could use millet flakes, oat flakes, or ground almonds instead though)
1/2 cup chocolate vegan protein
3 dates
1 banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Blended together and baked at 160 C (320 F) for ~ 40 minutes
