mix 60g oats and 250ml unsweetened almond milk, then microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir, then mix in 50g liquid egg whites, a scoop of @theproteinworks chocolate silk whey protein 360 and 1tsp baking powder. Microwave for another 1-2 mins until thickkkk ?
Top with TPW Loaded Nuts, strawberries, seed mix and dark chocolate
