These really are superfood protein pizzas! All you need is to steam some cauliflower, and then blend this with egg whites, pea protein, coconut flour and pancake fry this into three patties! Then proceed to add your toppings and grill for five minutes.
Ingredients:
[Base]
3 big heads cauliflower (cooked)
4 egg whites
1/4 cup pea protein
1 tablespoon coconut flour
[Toppings]
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/8 cup of mature cheddar (or, of course, mozzarella)
rosemary
thyme
Directions:
Blended together and panfryed into 3 patties (you could always just make one giant one but it’s going to be harder to flip).
