Who doesn’t like a good burger?

Ingredients:

170g liquid egg whites
70g pumpkin
30g quinoa flakes
5g wheat bran
5g nutritional yeast
15g pea protein
baking powder

Directions:

Mix and bake into 4 yummy ‘buns.’

Because there’s nothing like a good venison burger!

  2. I was wondering, can you “hold” your burger or it’s like “whoopsie” we see on the internet and that you definitely not hold your burger?

    • Haha that’s funny, I think that I’ve made better buns to be honest than this one. It held together but wasn’t bready enough. To be honest, I’d actually just make a protein bread batter and cook that for burger buns?
